The SBI PO (Probationary Officer) exam is conducted in three phases: Prelims, Mains, and Phase III (Psychometric Test, Group Exercises, and Interview). Below is the detailed format:

Marks obtained in this stage are considered for the final merit list.
The Psychometric Test is used for personality profiling but does not carry marks.
Group Exercises and Interview together carry a total of 50 marks.
Marks from Phase II and Phase III are normalized to determine the final merit list.
