What is SBI JIBO?
SBI JIBO (Junior India Based Officer) is a selection process conducted by State Bank of India for posting eligible officers at foreign offices of the Bank and its Foreign Subsidiaries/Affiliates. This competitive internal examination provides SBI officers in Generalist Cadre (JMGS-I, MMGS-II, and MMGS-III grades) an opportunity to serve in international locations.

Age Requirement:
Not less than 25 years and not more than 40 years as on March 31, 2025
Work Experience & Professional Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of confirmed service in officer cadre (excluding probation period)
Must have worked in rural/semi-urban areas for at least 2 years as of application date
Officers must have completed all mandatory stipulations in their appointment letters
Minimum 1 year experience in relevant areas during current/last two assignments or during immediately preceding 6 years
