How to download the district information slip

  1. Visit the official UPPSC website and open the Candidate Corner / Admit Card or examination-district-slip section.
  2. Choose the district information slip entry for Advertisement D-3/E-1/2023, Lecturers under UP AYUSH (Ayurveda).
  3. Log in with the required candidate credentials/OTR details and retrieve the slip.
  4. Check the examination district, advertisement and post-code information; save a copy for reference.
  5. Monitor the candidate dashboard for the separate admit card, reporting time, exact centre address and exam instructions.

District slip is not the admit card

The district information slip indicates the examination district. It should not be treated as the final admit card or as proof that the exact examination centre, reporting time and entry instructions have been issued. Candidates must download the separate admit card when UPPSC activates it and follow the details printed there.

Candidate checklist

  • Keep the district slip and final admit card in separate files.
  • Verify advertisement and post code before the exam.
  • Read the admit-card instructions for photo ID, reporting time, prohibited items and permitted documents.
  • Do not rely on forwarded screenshots or unofficial download sites.
  • If the candidate dashboard does not show the slip, use UPPSC’s official help/notice channel; do not share passwords or OTR credentials with agents.
